SOUQ AL SHANASIYA HEART OF SHARI'AH

Situated in Souq Al Shanasiyah within the Heart of Sharjah, 1971 – Design Store provides the community with the opportunity to acquire design objects made by local and regional designers. The store will showcase newly commissioned work, as well as display designs that have been found across the U.A.E. and the GCC.

1971 – Design Store will house various design pieces such as 3D printed jewelry, handmade and locally designed pottery and home ware, hand dyed textiles and fashion collections, furniture pieces that are derived from the local environment, as well as stationary that highlights Arabic typography throughout its design. The store aims to have a continuous flow of design pieces and highlight the array of talents emerging in the U.A.E. and the GCC as well.
