This October, Meliá Dubai will launch ‘The Foodie Hop’, a progressive dining experience which unites cultures and cuisines including cocktails, sushi and international delicacies to provide food lovers with a different dining experience. The journey invites patrons to sample the epicurean delights of four restaurants, with every course being served in a different location.
Perfect for both indecisive diners and gourmet connoisseurs, the evening includes an exciting range of international gastronomy. As ‘The Foodie Hop’ begins, guests are assigned a host to guide them around the hotel, for a personalised experience.
To begin, diners will enjoy an aperitif at Quantum and choose from an extensive wine list and contemporary cocktails. Next, venture to the warm atmosphere of Alfonso X to try the Oriental combination of sushi and sake, expertly prepared by Meliá Dubai’s Sushi Chef, Tran Manh Dung.
Moving onto mains, savor the sumptuous décor and fine dining cuisine of Signature By Sanjeev Kapoor with award-wining modern dishes. The menu includes Indian favourites such as Delhi Butter Chicken and Guchi stuffed with creamy cottage cheese, all served with a theatrical modern twist. The continual change of atmosphere and cuisine will ensure an entertaining and enjoyable evening.
The Foodie Hop experience is completed at Meliá Dubai’s rooftop restaurant, Estrellas. The panoramic views offer a relaxed ambiance for dessert and digestives. Staying true to Meliá’s Spanish roots, guests are invited to choose from a selection of Crème Catalan and Tarta de Manzana.
